Investor Relations Director
Noah is responsible for overseeing capital raising activities and cultivating long-term relationships with the company’s private investor base. Noah excels at pairing specialised investment products with each specific investor needs.
With a dedicated investor base comprising of high-net-worth individuals, founders, family offices, and wealth managers, Noah has established a robust network across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Noah brings a wealth of experience acquired from his previous roles at Titanbay and DealCloud, where he worked alongside the top-performing Private Equity fund managers, advisors and investors worldwide.
Investor Relations Director
Simon is responsible for fundraising and developing long-term relationships with Beach Equity’s network of private investors. Simon focuses on UK SME equity investment.
Simon has a decade of experience across banking and investment management roles, with a focus on products suitable for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices and institutional investors from the UK and Australia.
Prior to joining Beach Equity, Simon held investor relations roles at Pinnacle Investment Management, Westpac Group and Puma Investments.
Managing Partner
Tom was previously a Founding Partner at BrightStar Capital which owned and operated 3 SMEs across manufacturing, healthcare and leisure.
Tom has an extensive background in strategy and operations, having started his career as MD Asia for Tex Tech Industries, a private equity backed high performance textile manufacturer. Tom established the Chinese manufacturing facility and grew sales to $7m with oversight of $20m across Asia.
Tom currently sits on the board of Secure Care UK and NRG Gym providing strategic guidance, growth support and capital raising.
Managing Partner
Tommy has a passion for investing, having deployed over £100m into SME buyouts and growth investments over the last ten years.
Previous investments include Le Col, Tic Trac, NCE Group and Outright Games. Previous roles include Puma Private Equity (Managing Director) and Rockpool Investments (Investment Director) and BDO (advisory and restructuring).
During his time as an investor, he has sat as a non-executive director or board adviser to 18 SMEs, primarily working to support management team development, strengthen the core business, implement growth strategies both in the UK market and abroad, and optimise the use of internal resources.
Head of Compliance and Regulation
Yvonne is responsible for the day-to-day compliance operations and MLRO responsibilities at Beach Equity.
Yvonne has 30 years’ experience in financial services and compliance and has worked at Standard Life, Bank of New York and Scottish Widows. She has held the SMF 16 & 17 roles at previous companies and more recently focused on supporting earlier staged companies.
Yvonne has extensive retail experience, both as direct customers, and via advised networks. This has been at all levels from inexperienced retail through to Family offices and HNW and UHNW customers, for compliance and AML purposes.
Yvonne is a chartered accountant and holds a LLB Law (Hons) from the University of Leicester.
Investor Relations Director
Alex is responsible for raising capital and engaging with Beach Equity’s growing network of private investors. Alex has over 8 years’ experience working in private equity where he provides investors with direct access to institutional-quality, off-market growth equity and buyout transactions.
Prior to joining Beach Equity, Alex was a partner at Rockpool Investments LLP where, during his tenure, Alex’s team deployed over £0.5bn of investor capital across a portfolio of private equity investments.
Investor Relations Director
Jack is responsible for raising capital and engaging with Beach Equity’s growing network of private investors. Jack’s focus is growth and scale up funding where his ability to identifying long-term value has supported his ongoing success.
He brings to Beach Equity a trusted core network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, wealth managers, and independent financial advisors (IFAs).
Jack was previously at IW Capital and his investment expertise includes the Investment Advice Diploma, Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and a degree in Economics.
Investor Relations Director
Daniel is responsible for fundraising and investor relations and has an extensive background in private equity and venture capital. Daniel has raised investment into a range of SME companies with a focus on early-stage technology from seed stage to Series B investment.
He brings to Beach Equity a trusted core network of international HNWIs, Family Offices, VC’s and Institutional investors from the UK/EU & the US.
Prior to joining Beach Equity, Daniel was responsible for fundraising and investor relations at Fuel Ventures, a leading London tech-based Venture Capital fund.
Investor Relations Director
Rebecca is responsible for raising capital and engaging with Beach Equity’s growing network of private investors with a focus on the South West and the Midlands.
Rebecca has experience of raising funds into SME related investments which benefited from IHT, AIM, CMS, EIS & VCT compliant structures.
Prior to joining Beach Equity, Rebecca spent nearly 4 years at Blackfinch Investments, where her team raised £80.5m across their product range.
